This private pilot stores account details, authorized site data, evidence records, and operational logs to provide the service. Google connections request read-only access. Payment webhooks and sales imports retain order identifiers, dates, amounts, and currencies; card numbers and customer contact details are not required.
Connected data remains scoped to its workspace. We do not sell it or use it to train a general-purpose model. Google data is used to provide the features you authorize, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect sources in Connections. Existing imported data remains until deleted through the operator’s retention process. Contact the person who invited you to request export, account recovery, or deletion. Audit and evidence history is retained during the pilot; a fixed production retention schedule has not yet been adopted.
Public checks retain a URL and limited fetched metadata for 24 hours. Result links are bearer links: anyone with the link can view the result. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in; the application adds no advertising cookies.
The hosting and network providers may retain access logs. This pilot notice must be supplemented with the operator’s legal identity and direct support contact before general customer enrollment.
